Highly commended – Under Assault – I always keep an eye on the weather at Kalk Bay Harbour. The waves come up under particular set of conditions that is quite hard to pinpoint. Often there will be wind but no swell, or vice versa. This particular Sunday morning promised to be a good day for waves as the previous day and night the wind had been blowing ceaselessly.
