Finalist – Water is life – The story I wanted to tell was one of energy and life – of wild waters and how they sustain life in rock pools. Each thunderous wave, which slams into the rocky shoreline along the Cape’s West Coast, releases its energy in a mountain of white water. The white water explodes over the rocks while simultaneously raining down into the rock pools. It’s this continuous cycle of fresh nutrient-rich water that enables life here.
