This video of a hippo calf strutting alongside its mom in Kruger National Park is bound to brighten up your day. Did you know? Newborn calves can suckle underwater too by closing their ears and nostrils, according to National Geographic. They weigh around 45kg at birth and on average, cows have one calf every two years. The heartwarming sighting was posted on 17 October via Latest Sightings – Kruger on Facebook. Watch it below.
