World’s cheesiest hotel opens in London Posted on 15 January 2020 Tags:London Café Rouge in Camden, London, has opened the world’s first cheese-themed hotel and the establishment is giving away one night’s stay for two in its exclusive ‘Cheese Suite’. Unfortunately, the competition is only open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands. According to the Café Rouge website, the suite includes ‘a cheese hotline delivery service, cheese boardgames, cheese soap and giant cheese installations – not forgetting cheese boards and crackers galore’. As part of the prize, the winner will receive a night’s stay in the Cheese Suite (for two), a £50 (R935) Café Rouge Gift Card for a meal for 2, one call to the cheese hotline delivery service and a minibar stacked with cheese and wine. It’s not clear if what appears to be a one-room ‘hotel’ is just part of a marketing gimmick or if the suite will be available to other people to rent after the competition.
