For the meat-eaters, there is a chip dish inspired by the Canadian poutine that is doused in meat gravy. There’s even a dessert option here: sweet fries topped with ice cream. TJIPS will be running a dish of the month, every month – for February, it’s ‘The Joburger’, a plate of delicious fries covered in a smashed burger with cheese sauce and all the fixings. The chip bar aims to rapidly expand this year, with plans to open another store in Fourways Mall.
