Sun City Resort now open Monday to Sunday Posted on 25 May 2021 Sun City Resort is now open for day visitors Monday to Sunday. There is so much to see and do as a day visitor, from getting lost in The Maze of the Lost City to exploring the wildlife by quad bike. As the largest permanent maze in the Southern Hemisphere, The Maze of the Lost City is constructed from artificial stone and wood, creating the illusion of an ancient archaeological discovery. It covers a half-acre and is accessed via a 100 metre-long suspension bridge from Sun Central. When you finally make your way out, you will find the Maze Bar with a welcome selection of ice-cold craft beers on tap, which you can enjoy while watching others still running into dead ends as they try to solve the puzzle of the maze. Winter is a great time to go animal spotting as magnificent beasts come out to enjoy some sunshine. Get an up-close view of some buck when you take a quad bike or mountain bike through the Letsatsing Game Park. Guests to note that Valley of Waves will be closed for annual maintenance between 30 May and 07 July 2021. Capacity is restricted due to Covid-19 regulations therefore, a limited amount of tickets are available via online purchase only. No tickets will be sold at the Sun City Resort gate.
