Plettenberg Bay Airport reopens, CemAir resumes flights Posted by Anita Froneman on 10 November 2021 Plettenberg Bay Airport will reopen on Friday, November 12 after flights were suspended by the SA Civil Aviation Authority (Sacaa) over non-compliance with infrastructure and safety regulations in August. The suspension came after the Plettenberg Bay Aerodrome was downgraded to below the minimum category required for flights to operate at the airport. Robberg Nature Reserve in Plettenberg Bay is a popular tourist attraction. As the owner of the Airport, the Municipality will provide its full co-operation and support to expedite this process.’ ALSO READ WIN!
