More airlines resume flights to Victoria Falls

With the rapid distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, people across the world have started looking for their next holiday destination. Victoria Falls remains one of the world’s prime holiday destinations and plans to resume flights to the tourism and adventure hub of Zimbabwe have been announced by a number of airlines this week.

FastJet announced the resumption of their Johannesburg-Victoria Falls routes that will commence on March 13. 

Now, BA Comair has also released its flight schedule to Victoria Falls and as of May 13, they will be flying the Johannesburg – Victoria Falls route with the schedule below according to We are Victoria Falls:

  • 13 May – JHB – VFA – Departure from JHB at 11h40. Arrival at VFA at 13h20
  • 13 May – VFA – JHB – Departure from VFA at 14h00, Arrival at JHB at 15h40
  • 20 May –JHB – VFA – Departure from JHB at 11h40. Arrival at VFA at 13h20
  • 20 May – VFA – JHB – Departure from VFA at 14h00, Arrival at JHB at 15h40
  • 27 May – JHB – VFA – Departure from JHB at 11h40. Arrival at VFA at 13h20
  • 27 May – VFA – JHB – Departure from VFA at 14h00, Arrival at JHB at 15h40

SA Airlink followed suit and has included flights on both Mondays and Fridays from Cape Town to Victoria Falls in their schedule for May.
