Live reptile show to stream online Posted by Anita Froneman on 12 May 2020 For those who are at their wits’ end for what to do with the kids over the weekends, this may be the solution to your problems. Reptile Garden in Cape Town and Le Bonheur Reptiles and Adventures in Paarl are putting together a live stream reptile show. ‘Face your fears and take the chance to learn the true facts about South Africa’s most deadly reptile species such as Africa’s apex predator, the Nile crocodile or our most feared snake the Black mamba!’ the Facebook event says. The Nile crocodile, known to be aggressive, is native to freshwater habitats in Africa and occurs in 26 countries. Le Bonheur is an activities centre that provides experiences and information related to reptiles, promoting respect for these creatures and educating the public on conservation. Reptile Garden educates the public about both indigenous and exotic reptiles. The live reptile show will take place Saturday, 23 May 2020 from 2pm to 4pm and costs R100 to gain access. Purchase tickets here.
