Kulula under fire after allegedly double charging passengers Posted on 7 February 2021 South African airline, Kulula, a subsidiary of Comair, is under fire after several passengers reported that the airline deducted unauthorised money from their bank accounts in the week of February 7. Many of the affected passengers to Twitter to complain about the debits. Several passengers complained about a variety of issues. Some were double debits for flights clients booked years ago, while others claimed they were charged for flights they did not book. @Nedbank A new charge from a @kulula ticket bought in 2019 from a blocked CC has shown up on my Dads new CC. This was done last year and resolved. Now it shows up again…I’m convinced there is internal fraud happening at Nedbank that targets the elderly. Turnaround time will be provided once we have confirmation from our clearing bank.’ Picture: Getaway Gallery Related Posts Cape Town’s sustainability: Leading the way in environmental initiatives 1 June 2023 As National Environmental Month commences in South Africa, Cape Town stands proudly at the forefront... read more Kapama to host Safari Guide of the Year Awards 2023 1 June 2023 Kapama Private Game Reserve near Hoedspruit will host this year’s Safari Guide of the Year... read more Blood Lions relaunches for public viewing on YouTube 1 June 2023 Award-winning documentary feature film Blood Lions has been relaunched on YouTube for public viewing, creating... read more PREV ARTICLE NEXT ARTICLE
