Kruger’s Berg en Dal restaurant on fire Posted by Anita Froneman on 14 September 2020 A restaurant in Kruger National Park’s Berg en Dal camp caught fire on Monday, September 14. ‘Berg en Dal restaurant is currently on fire. SANParks will issue a statement shortly, once the fire is put out. Please keep away from the area in order for disaster teams to be free to move and work,’ the Park’s Facebook group administrator Dalene Preston wrote. ‘Please no speculations, we wait for SANParks’ statement,’ Preston added. This comes just days after a fire broke out at a restaurant in the Park’s Letaba rest camp on September 9. The causes of both fires have not been confirmed yet. This is a developing story.
