Kruger Park advises on recommended entry/exit points Posted on 19 December 2022 Kruger National Park Management has released a statement advising visitors to pay special attention to the entry and exit points closest to the rest camps they are visiting, in order to be able to reach their destinations before gate closing times. ‘We advise our visitors to drive safely and remain vigilant as they navigate the busy national roads en route to their holiday destination. The South African Police Service, SANParks and Private Security Companies will increase visibility on all roads leading to and from the KNP,’ management said. NOTE: Visitors are advised that the Numbi Road has been identified as a crime hotspot and guests are encouraged to use alternative routes to access the Park. If you are driving in, there are nine entrance gates into KNP, with an additional two ports of entry that serves as border posts between Mozambique and South Africa.
