Kids can enter Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden for free this winter Posted by Ilhaam Hoosain on 23 June 2022 Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden will be allowing children under 18 to enter the garden for free during their annual Winter Wonders Special along with the #mywinterwonders competition from 25 June to 18 July 2022. The Competition Take a picture this winter holiday and tag Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #mywinterwonders and you could stand a chance of winning a weekly prize. Prizes include four Kirstenbosch entry tickets and one adult plus two kids red bus City Sightseeing tickets; or an all-in-one Kirstenbosch grand prize from Moyo Kirstenbosch, the Kirstenbosch Tea Room, the Kirstenbosch Gift Shop, the Kirstenbosch Bookshop, Vida e Caffè, the Kirstenbosch Garden Centre and City Sightseeing red bus. Experience Kirstenbosch The garden’s opening hours in winter are from 8am to 6pm. Make travelling easier with the hop-on-hop-off red bus with the City Sightseeing 3 for 1 Kids’ Special. Pensioners can enter for free and they are pampered with a complimentary muffin or scone, and tea or coffee, from Moyo Restaurant on the presentation of a City Sightseeing ticket stub. ‘The garden is full of life and colour with many gloriously clear, sunny days to enjoy.
