The Merrell Transkei Tuff is thrilled to showcase the captivating region of Cwebe and Dwesa Nature Reserve in the upcoming Adventure Race Adventure racing, a thrilling multi-disciplinary endurance sport, encompasses a blend of navigation, trekking, mountain biking, kayaking, and more. A highly acclaimed event that forms part of the Adventure Racing World Series: Africa Region, attracting participants from across the country. This unique sport presents an opportunity to witness world-class athletes pushing their limits amid the breathtaking landscapes of the Mbashe River and beyond. Stretching along the untamed Wild Coast, Cwebe and Dwesa Nature Reserve, the area boast rugged coastlines, lush forests, and wildlife, offering a truly unparalleled playground for adventure racing. From heart-pounding mountain biking to tranquil moments spent trekking along pristine trails or observing the rich biodiversity as the Sardine Run passes, this region provides endless opportunities for athletes to explore and connect with nature on another level while racing for up to 27 hours.
