Indonesia empties red list and reopens travel to 10 African countries Posted by Taylah Strauss on 14 January 2022 Indonesia reopened its borders and emptied its red list of restricted countries on January 13. Indonesia’s red list had a total of 14 countries on it, all of which are now granted entry again, including Angola, Botswana, Denmark, Eswatini, France, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Norway, South Africa, United Kingdom, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. The mandatory seven-day quarantine remains in place, and they have doubled PCR tests: one on arrival day and one on the sixth day of quarantine, according to Bali.com. However, things are not quite the same as before. The 30-day tourist visa option – Free Visa Entry or Visa on arrival – remains on hold. Travellers need a valid Visit Visa – a six-month B211 visa, a previous business visa with a tourism clause. For more information on the Visit Visa, click here.
