Hotel in Thailand offers year-long stay to guests Posted on 10 December 2020 Hotels around the world have been forced to come up with affordable, yet attractive ideas to ensure guests keep coming back, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. A hotel in Thailand may have come up with one of the most innovative ideas to date. The Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit has launched the ‘One Million Baht Club‘, a deal that allows guests to stay at the hotel for an entire year. Guests will be able to stay at the luxurious hotel and have access to the many amenities on offer. These include housekeeping, breakfasts, light snacks, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and complimentary parking. Guests will also have access to the hotel’s lounge meeting room. So how much will this once in a life-time offer set you back? As the name suggests, the One Million Baht Club costs approximately one million Thai Baht, which converts to around R500,000. While this may seem like a steep asking price, the deal offers more than just a year-long stay. As part of the deal, the hotel will host a private rooftop party on your birthday with up to 20 of your closest friends and family. Guests can also make use of 10 limo trips around Bangkok, spend 10 additional nights at Hyatt properties in Hua Hin, Phuket, Samui, and receive 10 complimentary massages at the neighboring spa. To sweeten the deal even more 20% of the One Million Baht Club price is given back to guests as credit, which they can then use at the hotel’s bars and restaurants.
