Hitched-okes make it to Hollywood

Posted by Anita Froneman on 5 November 2019

Hitch hiking-duo Jordan and Luke who made a name as Hitched.series on Instagram, have finally completed their long journey from Durban to Los Angeles. Documenting everything, their ultimate goal was to meet talkshow host Ellen DeGeneres and be on her show. Covering all of Africa on foot, crossing the whole of Russia and finally posing in front of the Hollywood sign got them into Ellen’s show. However, only into the audience.

Now, they’re asking their loving fans to help them get one last shot at being guests on the show. Trending hashtag #HeyEllen has gone viral, and they really want their hero to see the documentary. On their Instagram, they ask fans to re-share posts from the latest episode of the show, tagging @hitched.series

Here’s their latest post:

#HeyEllen throwback to 9 months ago, and now today (swipe right). Incredibly grateful to make the audience today, you’re genuinely an amazing human. The show was beautiful. As crazy as it sounds we’ve actually shot a whole documentary about getting to you. Hoping we can come back to chat, we think you’ll love it. We just need 2 minutes to show you a trailer. Hope you got our letter and mail from Alex!
