Those who wish to rebook may contact their travel agent or the BA International Contact Centre on 010 344 0130 or at [email protected]. BA confidence policy applies. BA is also collaborating with South African Airways (SAA); international customers who had regional or domestic connecting flights booked may rebook with SAA. kulula.com ticket holders will be refunded by the end of this week if their flights were booked prior to the suspension. In lieu of a refund, ticket holders can also receive a Travel Bank credit to be used by themselves or someone else. For refund requests, contact [email protected]. Comair CEO Gary Orsmond said ‘we understand the negative perceptions created by the kulula ticket sale even though the sale had been triggered a week earlier. Bearing in mind that Comair only receives the money once the flights are flown.’ Orsmond further added that Travel Bank credits due to expire in June have been extended by one month. ‘We have agreed with our bankers to release the funds back to our customers and we are pleased to advise that the refund process will commence immediately,’ said Orsmond. Comair has extended its apologies for any and all inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension.
