Baboon babies and klipspringers compete for space Posted on 2 February 2021 A troop of baboons and two klipspringers were vying for space on a boulder in the Kruger National Park. Latest Sightings shared a video of the interaction. Three young baboons approach the two klipspringers seemingly trying to intimidate them. The two buck show no fear, while moving away from the baboon’s advances, but not entirely surrendering or moving off. In retaliation, the klipspringers can be seen charging the baboons. Eventually, the troop makes a beeline for the veld, somewhat startling the two klipspringers in the process. One baboon remains, continuing to make advances at the two bucks before moving off.
