Airports Company SA releases airport navigation app Posted by Taylah Strauss on 12 July 2022 Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has released a platform that offers seamless navigation at the airport, allowing travellers to get flight updates and pay parking tickets. The app, called ACSA App made its debut at the beginning of July 2022. ‘The launch of this app is part of Acsa’s digital transformation drive that is central to enhancing the modern customer experience,’ says Mthoko Mncwabe, ACSA CIO. ‘Passengers can get all the information they require when travelling — at the touch of a button.’ Get started The app can be found on Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery. Travellers must create an accounting using either an email address, a Facebook account, a Google account or a Twitter account. In addition to entering advanced searches for flight information, travellers can also subscribe to receive notification on a flight status. The app can be used at King Shaka International and Cape Town International, but some of the features currently only work at OR Tambo International. Features: Enter advanced searches on flight information Subscribe to notifications on flight status Pre-book parking at OR Tambo International Airport. This feature will save your card and car details for ease of access Explore the Airports Guide feature to navigate areas of interest inside the airport Save your car’s location in the app to find it quickly when you return A Health and Safety feature provides up-to-date information on Covid-19 protocols for travellers. Book a Covid-19 PCR test on the app when travelling through OR Tambo International airport. Got stuck?
