5 things to do at StokeCity Adventure Park

Posted on 17 September 2019

StokeCity Adventure Park is the water-sports paradise hidden away in Midrand. Packed with activities, it’s a great day out for the whole family this summer.

Here are five reasons to take a trip out to the park:

1. AquaPark

This is South Africa’s only giant, inflatable obstacle course. Swing, balance and climb your way across this playground floating on top of the dam.

2. Main Cable

Whether you’re wanting to learn or just get in some practice, the main cable offers ‘boat-less’ water water-skiing, kneeboarding, and wake-boarding. The overhead cable system can pull up to 9 riders at the same time and the continuous counter clockwise motion allows riders to enjoy a non-stop water sports adventure. First-timers will benefit from the lessons on the 2Tower cable system, and all gear is available for hire.

3. Sports courts

For those wanting to stay firmly on land, there is a beach volleyball court, soccer court, table tennis. There is also and old-school jungle gym for the little ones wanting to clamber and climb.

4. Chill &Swim Zone

If you’re just wanting to take it slow and unwind, the Chill & Swim zone is for you. Drift around this swim-safe area on our selection of floats.
