Road tripping in the rural, Eastern Cape Posted on 6 August 2018 Tags:road trip, Travel stories, Wild Coast The Eastern Cape’s Wild Coast is known and loved for its rugged beauty. The fascinating, coastal wilderness (its coastline undisturbed by development) is flanked by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, rich in aquatic life. The endless rolling green hills, wandering herds of cows and the spirit of ubuntu is reflected through the friendly smiles of locals, make this a must-try area for a simple holiday where you can experience complete relaxation. This is a photo blog from a trip I recently did for an Eastern Cape Fair Trade story. Get the full story in Getaway Magazine’s September 2018 issue: The Wild Coast is a 250 kilometre stretch of rugged and breath taking coastline that stretches from East London to the border of KwaZulu Natal.
