The lodge is situated only five minutes from the Kruger Phalaborwa Gate and offers 20 beautiful, thatched villas. Looking for a place to stay with your family or your friends? Look no further. You will enjoy the spacious and uniquely styled villas with African décor, attractively centered around three dams in bush gardens with large fever trees and other Lowveld specials such as mopani and marula trees. And it’s more affordable than you think! Choose between a standard or luxury house; each accommodates 6 people and some even up to 10. The house consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terrace, a guest bathroom, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar separating it from the comfortable lounge that has ample seating and TV with DSTV. Cottage doors give access to the large wooden deck where comfortable deck chairs allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors in style. Upstairs is the large loft with a third bedroom that accommodates between two and six people. Old and young will appreciate all comforts including mosquito nets, free WIFI and air-conditioning. Enjoy leisurely breakfasts around the dining table on the deck or throw some meat on the braai at the end of a fun filled day. From June to early September we are running fantastic specials to make your stay even more attractive. What about a complimentary braai pack when you book three nights, or stay longer and book six nights but only pay for 5! August is Woman’s Month and for our beautiful ladies we have a wonderful special to create everlasting memories. Book one of our villas for you and your girlfriends for three nights and receive a complimentary one-hour photoshoot to the value of R1 100. Check out the specials on our website for more information and the T&C’s. The 4-star graded lodge has a sparkling pool with pool loungers which is the perfect spot to beat the Limpopo heat. Kids will love the space to run around. Walk around the gardens and dam, spot many colorful birds hiding in the reeds or the large fever trees and cast your rod for some catch-and-release fishing. Enjoy cooking up a storm in your kitchen. A well-stocked supermarket is within walking distance. Don’t feel like cooking? Phalaborwa has many lovely restaurants that we will tell you about. Or spoil yourself with a massage at the Misava Spa situated across our dams in the beautiful gardens. From Hot Stone to Exfoliation to Indian Head massages; it completes your Lowveld bush break and let’s you return home with renewed energy. With Kruger Park around the corner fill your days with game drives, bush walks or mountain-biking safaris. Book a river safari on the Olifants River; a unique activity that can only be done here. Cruise on the river for three hours and watch elephants, buffalo and giraffe come down to the banks to drink. Or venture into Hoedspruit, the Blyde River Canyon and the mountains around Tzaneen and Magoebaskloof for some world-class hiking and adventure activities. Don’t want to self-drive? We can organize guided trips into Kruger Park, to all the highlights in the area and even to our local community school projects that Bush Villas on Kruger is passionate about.
