Extraordinary time lapse of Manhattan skyline Posted on 13 December 2012 There are people that travel to get away from the hustle and bustle and there are people that travel to go see what all the hustle and bustle is about. I’m somewhere in between, but this incredible time lapse video of the Manhattan skyline made me want to be there. Right. Now. It was filmed over the course of a month and is possibly one of the best examples of masterful time lapse photography I’ve ever seen. Notice how the tracking shots give it an extra dimension and somehow manage to immerse you in each frame, while still giving you that overarching sense of a city moving below you. Even if you avoid citys like the plague, you’ll be blown away by the amount of detail and poetry in this video. Check it out: Originally posted on MyVideo, click here for more awesome travel videos.
