What are you eating this Christmas? Posted on 23 December 2011 We asked our Facebook fans what they’re going to be feasting on this Christmas and the answer is: gammon. Well, and some other stuff too, but it seems that gammon is going to be a big hit this Christmas day. If you’re one of these gammon-lovers, try our delicious glazed gammon with brandy and coke recipe. On the sweet side, they’re tucking into homemade mince pies, trifle and Christmas pud with lashings of brand butter. With only two days to go until Christmas, I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! If you haven’t decided what you’re eating for Christmas yet – here’s some inspiration.
