SanDisk Sansa Clip+ Posted on 20 May 2011 An alternative to clip-on MP3 players The SanDisk Sansa Clip+ is an inexpensive alternative to clip-on MP3 players. It doesn’t save pics and videos, but you can still use it as a USB drive and store up to 1 000 songs (on the 4 GB version), listen to FM radio and record sound with its built-in microphone. Loading songs onto the Sansa is as easy as dragging and dropping, and you don’t need iTunes (as with an iPod) or any other applications to get the job done. It’s compatible with MP3, WMA, secure WMA, Ogg Vorbis amd FLAC fi le formats, as well as audio books and podcasts. Measuring 50 x 30 x 10 mm, it’s small, lightweight, easy to attach and carry around. A big plus is that it’s Mac compatible (although there’s no mention of this on the box or in the manual) and has a slot for an external micro SD card to store more.
