Outdoor emergency kits Lifeline 53-piece first-aid kit Lifeline first-aid in a bottle Leatherman Wave II Tikka XP2 Core headlamp Holts Tyreweld emergency puncture kit ICE ID bracelet Campmaster burn kit Powerchimp recharger Campmaster Adventure kit Important medication to add to any kit Prescription antibiotics Anti-diarrhoeal medication Painkillers and anti-inflammatories Antihistamines Anti-malaria pills Hydrocortisone cream Thermometer Insect repellent Sun block Oral rehydration Useful travel tips: Add a pen and paper to a first-aid kit to record vital signs, symptoms and any further information which may be needed in an emergency situation. Dial 10111 − emergency response − from anywhere in sa. An operator will dispatch a flying squad patrol vehicle to attend to the incident. This number should not be used for non-emergency calls. Keep a first-aid kit in your home and car. Store them in easy-to-reach locations, but out of the reach of young children. Older kids should know where they’re stored.
