Roger Federer and Trevor Noah promote a new Swiss campaign Posted by Jordyn Johnson on 2 May 2023 Roger Federer and Trevor Noah collaborated to promote a Switzerland campaign. The pair first appear with Noah insisting the advert script needs more comedy. Federer disagrees with the comedian, saying, ‘Let’s just stick to the Grand Train Tour of Switzerland.’ They then step onto the wrong train with neither tickets nor money to buy them. They begin to worry as the train inspector approaches them for their tickets. A friendly woman comes to their aid, offering to pay for their train ride and telling Noah she’s a big fan of his. Federer jokes that the two are ‘brothers from a different mother’, referring to the fact that they are both half-Swiss half-South African. All the while, beautiful scenes of Switzerland roll past the train’s windows. Noah and Federer’s last collaboration resulted in the highest recorded attendance for a tennis match in 2020.
