Beautiful snow pictures from Sani Pass Posted by Anita Froneman on 27 July 2022 The winter is not over quite yet, and visitors to Sani Pass in western KwaZulu-Natal experienced some snowfall recently. The pass, which runs between South Africa and Lesotho, is known to have unpredictable weather and has seen snow in every month of the year before, according to Mountain Passes South Africa (not all in the same year, though). With a summit peak of 2 876m, this gravel road pass is a 4×4 driver’s dream. Take a look at these incredible images taken by Vanessa Hosken.
