Table Mountain cable station gets a new watering hole Posted by David Henning on 14 April 2022 TAP is a refreshing new addition to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway in Cape Town offering views of the city bowl where visitors can enjoy a drink pre- or post-cableway trip. The new watering hole comes after a partnership between the Table Mountain Aerial Cable Company (TMACC) and Newlands Spring to boast a brewery experience at the upgraded lower station. TAP will be launched on 14 April, operational from Wednesdays to Sundays between 11am and 17pm. The bar will offer four Newlands Spring beer variants, as well as a curated selection of vodka, gin and wine. A food menu has also been developed for locals’ varying tastebuds.
