Zambia drops PCR tests for vaccinated travellers Posted by Taylah Strauss on 30 March 2022 Vaccinated travellers no longer need to produce a negative PCR test to enter Zambia, effective from 28 March. There is currently no restriction on how recently you received your final vaccination dose in order to be considered fully vaccinated. Booster shots are not mandatory. Unvaccinated travellers are still required to produce a negative PCR test within 72 hours prior of departure, according to Travel News. Children aged 11 and under are exempt from requiring a proof of vaccination and a negative PCR test. Travellers transiting through Lusaka are to adhere to these adjusted regulations.
