Explore Vergelegen estate on this new wine safari Posted by Taylah Strauss on 4 March 2022 Vergelegen wine estate is now offering visitors the opportunity to witness all the behind-the-scenes action that goes into making a good bottle of wine. Spectacular vineyard and mountain views. Located in sunny Somerset West, the estate will be offering a guided wine safari drive through the vineyards until the end of March. The gravity-fed hilltop cellar. Guests can take in the spectacular mountain views and vineyard scenery, with a little bit of wine tasting in between, before going to the hilltop cellar. Tour highlights include: Sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignon tastings Visiting the gravitational flow cellar. Discover the underground barrel vault.
