Spain reopens to South Africans with no quarantine Posted by David Henning on 10 January 2022 Spain has reopened all travel to vaccinated travellers from nine southern African countries, including South Africa, after it barred entry on November 30. According to TravelNews, vaccinated travellers are not required to quarantine, but must show proof of a negative Covid PCR test result not older than 72 hours, or a rapid antigen test not older than 24 hours. All visitors to Spain, including those who transit in Spain, must complete the country’s Health Control Form before departure and obtain a QR code to present at boarding and on arrival in Spain.
