The Tintswalo Atlantic Graham Beck Winter Staycation offer includes luxurious overnight accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, with special treat add-ons of a complimentary bottle of Graham Beck Pinot Noir Rosé MCC on arrival, a delicious dessert of Lemon Pie to share, and a 30-minute massage per suite booked. In celebration of Tintswalo Atlantic’s daily sunset spectacular, the offer furthermore includes complimentary sunset canapés and the cocktail of the day. Individually themed and decorated, eight Islands Suites and a 2-bedroom Presidential Suite offer glorious views across the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Named after some of the world’s most famous islands, from Robben Island and Zanzibar, to Corsica and Sicily, the guest suites are spacious, each with its own private deck and a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace. Saturday will bring an interesting fish preparation demo by Abalobi followed by a light lunch; onto wine tasting at Tintswalo’s brand new Deep South Supply Company in nearby Glencairn, hosted by talented Sommelier Jabu Ngwenya. On Saturday afternoon the focus will turn to the Chefs Warehouse team with a masterclass led by the guest chef preparing for the dinner service. On 23 & 24 July Chef Gordon Logan of Chefs Warehouse Winebar & Pinchos will unveil the essence of preparing Spanish pinchos. Chef Braam Beyers of Chefs Warehouse at Tintswalo, recently voted one of the best new restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveller, ends the series on 13 & 14 August with the creation of big flavours on small plates.
