This was after Pretoriuskop received 175mm of rain overnight on Saturday, January 30. SANParks also warned that there is a high possibility of Crocodile River flooding again and the bridge might be closed. Updates will be given as received. The heavy downpours led the Biyamiti River to come down in spectacular fashion on Sunday morning, January 31. Take a look: The flooding in recent days is due to Tropical Storm Eloise. Various low-lying bridges were left completely underwater, and SANParks are monitoring the situation as it develops.
