The airport health accreditation aims to set a standard of COVID-19 compliance to ensure the safety of employees and travellers, as well as to restore confidence in the tourism industry. Airports Company South Africa’s (ACSA) Group Manager Eugenia Boinamo said in a statement: ‘Regaining public confidence in air travel is important to us and one of the ways of achieving this is giving our passengers the guarantee that it’s safe to travel through our airports. Getting this international accreditation from ACI illustrates that we have and will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our passengers.’ Picture: Twitter/ORTambo Related Posts Cape Town’s sustainability: Leading the way in environmental initiatives 1 June 2023 As National Environmental Month commences in South Africa, Cape Town stands proudly at the forefront... read more Kapama to host Safari Guide of the Year Awards 2023 1 June 2023 Kapama Private Game Reserve near Hoedspruit will host this year’s Safari Guide of the Year... read more Blood Lions relaunches for public viewing on YouTube 1 June 2023 Award-winning documentary feature film Blood Lions has been relaunched on YouTube for public viewing, creating... read more PREV ARTICLE NEXT ARTICLE
