There’s an elephant on my roof Posted on 3 October 2019 A video recently posted on Latest Sightings’ Facebook page shows an elephant on top of the the roof of a hotel in Sabi Sabi. The hungry African elephant snacked on a nearby tree, while taking in the view from the top. According to Latest Sightings, Earth Lodge is built into a natural slope. This would have made it easy for the elephant to have wondered onto the roof, without realising its elevated position.
