Stop and smell the rosé at Melbourne’s wine fountain Posted on 15 August 2019 Tags:Australia, Melbourne, rosé, Shiraz, wine fountain The city of Melbourne in Australia has opened a wine fountain that spouts rosé and shiraz. The fountain is open for the entire month of August, as part of the Winter Village pop-up. According to Time Out, the pour-your-own wine fountain’s two iron spouts are filled with wine from a Yarra-Valley-based winery, St. Huberts The Stag. Located in Federation Square, the Winter Village is a euro-style winter wonderland atop the Skyline Terrace at Federation Square. Complete with a Sip bar and Feast menu, an Igloo Village of 21 cosy igloos. Perhaps South Africa is in need of a wine fountain or two?
