The accolade has landed the escape room in TripAdvisor’s Hall of Fame. The Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service across the world. HintHunt is an international company that first brought Escape Room games into Africa. The company has three locations in South Africa, two in the Mother City and one in Joburg. The Joburg branch, however, is currently closed while they search for new premises. The V&A brach has four escape rooms to choose from and The Old Biscuit Mill has two. A group of players gets locked in a themed room of their choice for an hour. In order to escape, the group needs to work together to solve problems and puzzles within an hour. The games are both exciting and challenging. They have been perfectly designed for groups of 2-6 people regardless of knowledge and specific skills sets.
