Happy Island Waterworld has various exhilarating waterslides and cool pools to choose from that the whole family can enjoy, making for a fantastic day trip. The Gravity Loop, Spiral Slide, High-speed Slide, and four-man Behemoth Bowl are some of the 11 slides that will see adrenaline junkies running back to the start for more. What is more, the water park impressively boasts the two largest wave pools in Africa, which are 20 000m2 respectively and are bound to get the blood pumping. Locker facilities are available for keeping your personal belongings in, and guests can use their wristbands to open and lock them. There is also a selection of food vendors for those who have worked up an appetite from all the running around. Visitors can also browse around the park’s convenience store. Medics are onsite every day as well as three full-time ILS and registered paramedics, and a medical centre is also available. The park also has three companies on standby for ambulance dispatch if necessary. There are full-time security personnel and security cameras located around the park, ensuring all visitors can have a safe as well as fun experience. However, the park reserves the right to remain closed if weather conditions are unsafe. Tickets can be purchased online through the website or at the gates. Adults pay R199, children under 1.3m can enter for R99 and children under the age of 2 enter for free.
