I’m loving all the entries so far. Ingredients Burger buns Beets Spinach Onions Avocado Coconut oil BBQ sauce Chickpea patties 1 cup of chickpeas ½ a cup of shredded carrots 2 tbsp of ground flax seeds 1 tsp of cumin 1 tsp of smoked paprika 1 tsp of turmeric powder 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast ½ a tsp of lime zest 3 garlic cloves A dash of black pepper A dash of pink salt Directions 1)Drain and rinse your chickpeas. 2)Dump your chickpeas into a food processor and pulse until blended well, but not too mushy. You can also use a potato masher. 3)Add your flax seed and seasonings and pulse (food processor) a few more seconds. Form your mash into patties and add them to a pan on medium heat. Cook patties with coconut oil until slightly brown. 4)Then add your layers however you want. Enjoy.
