Tested: TorkCraft Survival Knife Posted on 24 August 2015 Here at Getaway we love a good gadget – and the TorkCraft Survival Knife is a really good gadget. This 13-centimeter long, folding-blade survival knife is pocket-sized and easy to carry around, sharp enough to slice a stick of biltong and comfortable to handle with a light weight, but high-quality feel. Unlike most knives, this guy’s got a built-in bright LED flashlight and a magnesium alloy fire starter – they don’t call this a survival knife for nothing. Other neat features include the window breaker, belt clip and belt cutter but this baby is great for any camping, hiking and fishing trip – it also has both a straight and serrated edge with safety locks on the blade. This is a lot of good-looking knife and at R200 it’s a really great price. Plus it just looks mean.
