Tested: bucket grill Posted on 19 September 2013 Tags:braai What’s small, green and a mean braaing machine? This neat bucket grill. Easy Camp Bucket grill I first saw the Easy Camp bucket grill at the Cape Getaway Show and was instantly intrigued. The grill is bright green, the legs and handle fold away into a tiny package and it’s great for a small braai (it fits only a few coals, but the grill has enough space for a roll of wors, two chicken drumsticks and two kebabs). It works superbly for a couple heading outdoors, as a small grill for a balcony in a holiday flat or on the beach. I’m not sure how many bumps and scrapes it can take, but it’s also easy to handle and you can move it about when lit with the heat-proof handle. Costs R289 Camp and Climb.
