Isuzu releases Trail View Posted on 27 May 2013 The launch of the new Isuzu KB has been accompanied by a clever marketing strategy that is also pretty useful: Isuzu Trail View. Think Google Street View for 4X4ing from General Motors South Africa and you get Isuzu Trail View. The website offers a 360-degree view of some South African 4X4 trails and have embarked on a journey to eventually have complete coverage across the country. Isuzu Trail View route detail The company kitted out their new Isuzu KB bakkies with a 360-degree camera to map out some of the country’s best off-roading spots and began with four routes: two routes in Gauteng (Hennops and De Wildt) and two routes in the Eastern Freestate (Langesnek and Visierskerf in Molmaanshoek). The site gives difficulty ratings and duration times to complete the track. They’ve complimented this a social twist too so you can share stories, tips, photos and videos of your skills with other 4×4 enthusiasts on the site. Isuzu Trail View detail If Isuzu continue to map out these routes, the site is sure to be a real success!
