Kangaroo hops into an Australian airport pharmacy Posted on 17 October 2013 No, that’s not the beginning of a bad joke. Turns out that Melbourne Airport is very close to the bush, and although there are barricades preventing curious roos from exploring the runway, the same cannot be said for the terminal building. This poor fellow seems to have been hit by a car. Although disorientated, like any discerning marsupial he made a bee-line for the nearest medical facility, where he waited quietly for Wildlife Authorities to turn up. There’s no explanation for how he made it to the pharmacy on the second floor, but he was sedated and, despite some injuries, looks like he’ll be fine.
