Time lapse: Little Big Berlin Posted on 21 June 2013 Tags:Berlin, iceland, timelapse Yes, it has a strange name. But you’ll understand the moment you start watching. Or, I could just explain it to you now. It’s a time lapse of the massive, and massively diverse, city of Berlin. But it’s shot and warped in a way that everything you see has a miniature effect. It looks pretty awesome. The creator has lived in Berlin for 19 years and decided to capture his view of the city. Unlike many of the time lapse videos I watch – and I watch a lot – this one is accompanied by some epic orchestral music. The video is rather long, but it’s beautiful, so at least watch some of it. (And then have a look at this time lapse of Iceland’s midnight sun, or “Why I Shoot Lights at Night,” a gorgeous ode to Aurora Borealis and photography.)
