And, because it’s not exactly snowing in South Africa at Christmas time, we’ve got some uniquely southern hemisphere festive recipes in here. Bring on the mince-pie ice cream! Amarula malva pudding For those who love pudding but aren’t into candied fruits, bake an easy malva pudding with a boozy touch – it’s sure to please the whole family.
